Based in compassionate awareness, this ancient wisdom helps balance all the systems of the body and mind. Since 2014, Ayurveda has helped me understand myself and relate to my experience with more patience and ease. The practice of Ayurveda regulated my emotional body, cleared up my acne, assisted with seasonal allergies, kept my digestive and nervous system from burn out AND helped me become pregnant in early 2020...the list goes on & on.
